I added the AddThis for website on my WP without using a WP plugin. It works fine, but Analytics aren't reported on AddThis.com. It's been saying No Data Yet... for like a week despite the fact that there are some likes, tweets, and +1's. Hey guys Recently I moved some of my websites from Dreamhost to Hostgator. All of these sites have tweets and when the site was hosted on dreamhost Eevery visitor that visited my site was able to see them. However, now all of my sites shows 0 tweets after the transfer to Hostgator. I didn't change anything and I configured addthis exactly the same, however the number of tweets is 0 in all sites (the number of facebook likes for example is correct, just the twitter count has problem). Hello. this is just a wierd thing that i've noticed when viewing my stats on a mac. for some reason, the whole "Recent Tweets" section doesn't appear. although it appears perfectly okay on my windows PC (on all browsers). I am definitely logged in to the same AddThis account on both computers, so it can't have anthing to do with that. I'm working on a development site for a client, trying to integrate AddThis. We have the share buttons working, and have google analytics integration turned on. Most of the buttons are integrating with GA fine, and you can see the different "plugins" appearing in GA's reports whenever a like button is clicked. However, while it works for Facebook, etc, it doesn't appear to work for Twitter, Email and LinkedIn. Just to add, referrals from social networks are working fine. It's just the appearance of how people are sharing the pages for those 3 plugin sources that continually fail to appear.

I have the Addthis share plugin installed on wordpress. I also have the custom code option selected and copied and pasted into the right place, however after pasting in the code and saving, the script that has the tracking code in it disappears. Hi, I thought I'd try the Google Analytics Integration Beta on my site but I'm not finding that the tracking code is working. I'm not seeing any events show up. The code seems to run OK and the addthis_config variable definitely gets set OK according to the JS debugger, but nothing ever appears in google. If I track the network traffic, it seems to add an invisible gif when I click a share button with this URL: http://www.google-analytics.com/__utm.gif?utmwv=5.4.1&utms=27&utmn=1415764601&utmhn=www.testolimited.com&utmt=social&utmsn=twitter&utmsa=share So to me that looks like it's all working but why would nothing appear in Google? Our question for www.npaworldwide.com or jobs.npaworldwide.com is how/what shares are counted. Specifically, does the share count just include the actual orange 'share' button? Or does it also include counts from the individual Facebook, G+, Twitter, and LinkedIn buttons? We have some wide discrepancies between the on-screen share numbers and the numbers in the Analytics report, so want to be sure we understand it correctly. For the last six months or so, our account has been seeing a huge number of shares--but almost no clicks--to StumbleUpon and Delicious. This started happening suddenly around November 10th and hasn't let up since then. The Social Plugins report in Google Analytics doesn't show nearly the same levels of sharing from those services. Inconsistent share counter in content trend list and detail page

I have selected a custom time range (march 25 - march 31) and view the content trend analytics. The top shared item in the list displays a number of shares, 864. When I click on this item and look at details for it, the number of shares for the same period displays 966. Why is the number different? If I sort the content trend list by clicks instead of shared, the number of shares for this item in the list also says 966.

If I want to create a service using your API and would like to know if your API could do the following: Selecting URLs from separate websites and using your API to tell me what that URL share count is. For example: I paste url1, www.url-article1.com and url2, www.url-article2.com into a box and then the API would tell me the shares associated with those URL's maybe more. Hi, It would be really interesting to have the quick and easy analytic available for page views vs page shares i.e. share percentage for a particular page/post. I know it is possible to determine that using google analytics and addthis stats combined, but it would be great if they can be combined in one report. Having to rely on multiple tools to be able to generate report and analyze that does not let it be practical. It would be best if total views is added to regular My Analytics report. When I try to use this page (http://support.addthis.com/customer/portal/articles/381268-content-feeds) to generate an API Endpoint, no matter what I do, the following error messages always displays: YOU MUST ENABLE FEEDS FOR THIS PROFILE IN ORDER TO GENERATE YOUR FEED. I have tried every method possible and code rearrangement to get AddThis to track in Google Analytics. I opted in to Google Social and have added this code: I've also tried various other arrangements of the code and nothing seems to work. Trust me when I say, I have exhausted every code arrangement that can be found on a blog, article or forum on the Internet. In other words - When I am in Google Analytics and I go to the "Social" metric, will I go to "Plugins" or where to I go to see the traffic generated from the ADDthis plugin. And will the name "addthis" actually show up in Ganalytics?? Or is there a bug on your side of the equation that won't allow this integration? Thanks

We have a trouble with using your product. When we have implemented the Click tracking on our home page, the link that has been posted to Facebook does not contain the link fragment for tracking. If we forcibly add this fragment to the link, all previous "likes" will not display, because Facebook defines that it is a different link, i.e. not related to our home page. What should we do to track Clicks and not to lose the previous likes?
