FB send appearing on one page, but not on another
FB send is appearing fine on http://www.stakeholdermap.com/sharethis3spacing.html
but not on http://www.stakeholdermap.com/stakeholder-engagement.html
Why is this please?

Facebook has automatically added the Send button to some pages for some users. If you want to manually disable it you can set the fb:like:send parameter to false, like this:
<a class="addthis_button_facebook_like" fb:like:send="false"></a>
