ct1 vs. s7 - may be causing an issue on our site

Our staging site calls //ct5.addthis.com/.
Our production site calls //s7.addthis.com/.
Why would there be a difference?
We're trying to track down a pernicious bug in how our page displays on iPhone (perfectly on staging, terribly on production) and this is the only difference we can find that we can't test.

Those two are our CDNs and this behavior is normal part of our serving.
