Add This Facebook button only sharing Homepage

Hi I have included the Add This code on several pages on my website: www.tupmanphotography.co.uk

I have recently found that the Facebook button is now only sharing the Homepage instead of the page that the user is on.

I have tried following previous advice in this thread as follows:

"If you've got the canonical URL set then it will share that rather than the URL of the page. We recommend, along with Google, that the canonical URL be set to the URL of the page, not the URL of your site. If you don't want to change this then you can set the URL using the addthis:url parameter in the toolbox, like this:

<div class="addthis_toolbox addthis_default_style " addthis:url="THE URL OF YOUR PAGE">

Replace THE URL OF YOUR PAGE with the URL of your page."

However, I am still having the same problem.

Can somebody please review my site and give me some advice on this issue.
