Code for statistic of visitors from social networks

Hello.
Our PR-manager sent me code which we should write in pages of our site to collect statistic about visitors from social networks.
This code is very simple:

Please, tell me, where in your docs I can find page about this kind of codes, how to generate them manually. I doubt "xa-4ca44cc1450ec606" is code for our account (pr.boutique.ru). And I doubt it is ONLY code which I should write in our pages (because there is only variable declaration, no any js-code execution).
