Page load time

I am trying to improve the page load time of my site. One thing that slows it down a fair amount is my addthis button. How can I improve the page load time as it relates to the addthis button? The site is www.scarsdaleaikido.com . Thanks.

Can you give me some details about what is slowing down your page? Is it our main JavaScript or the resources that are loaded after it?
