Sharing specific post instead of homepage

I recently redesigned my blog and now the AddThis tool is sharing the whole page instead of a specific post. The code is in the post footer and use to work.

For example: If I click twitter, the Tweet would have the post heading and a shortened URL. Now it has my blog's name and shortened URL.

I read a few other questions, but it looks like i need to include the destination in the coding. How do I do that if each post is different? Am I going to have to manually enter the code on each post? Or is there an automatic code like I use to have.

I use Blogger to host makingcentsofit.com. Thank you!
