How to have 2 different templates for 2 twitter buttons?

I have 2 twitter buttons on my page:
- One refers to a building classified
- Another refers to website

I have set addthis_share/template/twitter = "Veja este imóvel! Requinte Consultoria {{url}}"
This template must be used in button below the price ("R$ 180.000,00").
The button on the footer must use this text: Conheça a Requinte Consultoria {{url}}

My problem: in the first button, the template is not be used, it gets only the page title.
in the second button, I set tw:text="Conheça a Requinte Consultoria {{url}}", text="Conheça a Requinte Consultoria {{url}}", data-text="Conheça a Requinte Consultoria {{url}}" and a lot of alternatives, but all I can get is this button get the template set on addthis_share.

Help me, how can I config this settings to get working how I need???
