Just noticed that the Linkedin share button is not threading its way through to Linkedin. It has worked previously for several months. Also Linikedin shares fail to appear in the statistics even though the code is uptodate. Please cna you explain?

I think I'm seeing Linkedin counts in the Analytics now, but I am not seeing the counts on the Linkedin counter for the posts. Please advise.
Another problem I'm seeing is that, if someone clicks on a social button, gets the dialog box, but then cancels, it still counts it as a share.

Unfortunately we don't maintain the counter for LinkedIn. You'll have to ask them why it's not incrementing.
That's normal behavior. We're unable to verify if a share actually went through, so we increment when the button is clicked. Failed shares account for less than 2% of sharing.
