Analytics Issue

Firstly, I'd like to say that AddThis is pretty amazing, you guys did a great job with it! I discovered AddThis a couple of days ago, and integrated it into my website (www.vbgermanrottweilers.com) and it's working out greatly. The only issue I'm having is that, when i placed the Analytics code onto the homepage (index.php), it is showing different share numbers for www.vbgermanrottweilers.com and www.vbgermanrottweilers.com/index.php, with 18 shares and 0 shares respectively, and thus analytics is still not showing up for me. Is there anyway analytics can show up for just www.vbgermanrottweilers.com, as this is my landing page URL and not www.vbgermanrottweilers.com/index.php.
