Add A Specific Profile ID to our Account, please...
Hi guys
This is a bit of an embarrassing question, but we are REALLY hoping you can help us out. We have just started using the analytics account feature of AddThis. previous to this we were just using Anonymous Profile IDs.
In the switchover though, we seem to have got a bit chaotic and have lost track of the accounts that we used to register with. Specifically we are hunting for the data that has been collected for the www.purina-brands.co.uk/wecan/content website. We have a Profile ID of:
ra-4dc122d72c4bc216
Could you possibly attach this data to our herli@pragmatica.ws account, or else if it is NOT anonymous, could you please tell us which account it is attached to and we can then log on and retrieve it?
