Metrics not accurate
The results from the AddThis tool are not consistent with what is on the pages. This needs to be fixed to track shares and clicks.
Here is an example of our URL that reports over 60 shares, while in the reporting tool, it only shows 11:

How come only a small portion of the shares not getting tracked? Is there anything we can do?
