How do I retrieve lost data on AddThis counter? Please Help!!

I recently upgraded my blogspot.com address to a top level domain name address. To my utter surprise and displeasure, i noticed that ALL AddThis counters on the site got reset somehow, and lost EVERY previous data.
This is deeply disheartening as some of my site pages which had been showing high counts, are all now at zero.
How do i retrieve the lost data? Please help.

The data isn't lost, but the counters on AddThis track shares for a specific URL, including the domain. By migrating to a top-level domain you've effectively reset the counters.
