This is a followup to my message yesterday, reporting that different button selecttions show up in different browsers. I am letting you know today that you can no longer view the AddThis problem at the affected site (www.soltuionmatrix.com) because I have temporarily replaced AddThis functionality with a similar service, AddToAny. I would prefer to return to the AddThis functionality, but I do not think it good to use AddThis while the button problem reains.
To repeat from yestereday's note, I would like to dispaly in small format the icons for e-mail, linkedin, facebook, twitter, and g+1. However, the different icon names are specified by number, and and choosing the right icons by number is not easy. And the given list of number-names appears to bring up different icons on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox than it does on Internet Explorer. Moreover, even on IE, the icons change from time to time. I would like to be able to choose icons (i.e., list the icons in the code) by descriptive name, just as you do for the e-mail format version of AddThis.
Please tell me how I can enforce consistent icon displays across browsers, and across time, so that I can restore AddThis to the Website.
Best regards,
Marty Schmidt

If you were using the default AddThis configuration it's using what we call Preferred Services. These are different for each individual based on their past sharing history and what services are most popular in our service. These are designed to increase sharing by showing users the services they use most often.
If you want to specify which services are displayed, you can do it by using a service code instead of preferred. Details are available here: http://www.addthis.com/help/client-api#rendering-preferred-services
