addthis and prettyphoto
I'm trying to include a simple share button from the modal gallery viewer popup (prettyphoto) I get the button to appear, but it doesn't have a rollover state. You have to click the button and go to a page with a hundred different services on it to share the post. I know there's some posts out there about this, but I haven't come across a solid answer. Please explain in simple terms, as I am not a seasoned JS developer. Thanks!

If you click on an image to open the viewer, you can see the addthis share image in the bottom left corner. However, you can only get the rollover when you refresh the browser with the modal window open.
I'm pretty inexperienced with writing javascript, but have a good understanding of how it works. It seems that I need to append the ".js" call to whatever launches the modal window as it doesn't seem to be loading the addthis .js when the modal launches. Any help would be very much appreciated!

The problem is that PrettyPhoto isn't compatible with AddThis. You'll have to modify it so that the addthis.toolxbo() function is called when the image is displayed.
