Email contact form for follow buttons code

I would like to include an email option with the *Follow* group of social service buttons. The email button would pop up a simple contact form pre-populated with a to-address and subject.

Currently, the button can be added to the group, however, the default email form appears to be the only option (see http://knowsocialmedia.com). Because the to-address is not populated and the user is presumed to be new, they don't know the email address to write to.

At the very least being able to override the form popup with a standard mailto: anchor link would be great.
