Share counter shows zero
Hi,
I've searched through the support Q&As and seen that other people mention the same problem but I haven't found any solution. The problem is that the shares counter shows zero, although I can see many shares & click-backs in analytics. I'm talking about this site: http://www.milanazilnik.com/
I have another site (http://www.iggamecenter.com/) with AddThis toolbar, which shows the shares counter correctly. I compared the code and saw that the only difference is in the parameter passed to addthis_widjet.js. On the working site it uses "username" while on the non-working site it uses pubid.
Can you help me to resolve this problem?

The problem shouldn't be with the username/pubid since our code treats them as the same parameter, but have you tried changing them?

Tried both - got the same result. It works ok on the iggamecenter.com site, it doesn't collect anything on milanazilnik.com site.
Forgot to mention that the sites are under different AddThis accounts.
I'll ask our data team if they know if there are any reasons this isn't showing up.
