Exclude buttons from Tumblr index page

Is it possible to exclude the sharing buttons from a single URL in Tumblr, specifically the index page? It looks fine on the individual post links, but, regardless of where the code is placed, the buttons appear on the index/home page.

This looks like a problem with how your theme is set up. Unfortunately I'm not familiar enough with Tumblr's templating system to tell you how to hide a section of the theme when something is on the front page.
