lost counter after changing permalink
Hi,
I changed permalink for my blog http://www.linuxreaders.com/
e.g addthis analysis shows 40 shares for below link whereas its 9 on the page.
http://www.linuxreaders.com/2011/11/fedora-16-how-to-change-boot-sequence-grub2.html
I am not talking about fb likes, I am talking about total share counter provided by addthis.
is there any way to fix it?

The counter values are linked to the URL of the site, so changing the permalinks will change the URL and hence the count.
