When using addthis_button_dig it creates a tooltip of "Send to Dig" and not "Send to Digg"
Is there a way to change the "Send to Dig" to "Send to Digg"?

Yes. You can use a custom title on the <a> tag, like this:
<a class="addthis_button_digg" title="Send to Digg"></a>
I'll let our developers know that this is incorrect and we'll get it fixed.
