Shows Up Twice

1. Add This shows up twice in my postings - I must've accidentally added it twice. How can I remove this? I cannot find it in the edit HTML. I'm unable to paste it below, as it exceeds 5mb.
2. How can I make Add This show up right after my postings (above "Link Within")?
