Getting aggregated counts

Hi,

I've a problem in getting aggregated account of my webpage shares. I have two different counts for the same home page. Because my home page can be seen as follows:

http://www.tutorialspoint.com/

Sametime it can be seen as follows:
http://www.tutorialspoint.com/index.htm

Now both the pages are same, but people have added them as separately and finally their count is not displayed correctly. Is there any way, if I can show total shares from the two above mentioned pages?
