wrong German translation

Why can't I reply to the two posts about a wrong German translation
http://support.addthis.com/customer/portal/questions/241286-e-mail-service-wrong-translation (Mar 21, 2012)
and http://www.addthis.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=34399 (Aug 30, 2011)?
The translation is still
"Bitte helfen Sie uns verhindern, dass unerwünschte E-Mail!"
and should be
"Bitte die Buchstaben abschreiben (Anti-Spam)."
