Tying to post AddThis Share Icons Into MailChimp

Hi Guys

We have added the code for your share buttons to our Blog successfully, see right hand side bar, and when you click these icons they go to our relevant page this is perfect
EXAMPLE: http://onehoneyboutique.blogspot.com.au/

We now want to add the exact same buttons in same order and style to our MailChimp newsletter template and then also the homepage of our website to replace the ones we are currently using

HOMEPAGE: http://www.onehoneyboutqiue.com see bottom right hand corner

However the code below will not work can you please advise a solution for this?

We would like them all the be matching so would require them to be the same code as follows as this contains all our current links and profile id info
