How do I confirm that the WordPress addin is working?
I configured the WordPress addin with all the required information (e.g. profile, password, etc.) and the analytics on AddThis does not seem to register any activity that originates on the blog.
How do I determine if it is working or not? If it is really not working, then what do I do to properly configure it?
The storefront uses the "standard" addthis code for the same account, and connects perfectly to the analytics.

Make sure you've got your profile ID properly configured on the AddThis plugin settings page. Once you've done this send me a link to your site so that I can take a look.

The stats for the blog are showing up now, but the stats for the storefront have disappeared.
Looks like your original profile was deleted somehow. I've restored it and you can see it by clicking the "Select Profile" link in the upper right.
