adding welcome bar to wordpress
A really easy one (I hope)
What have users found to be the easiest way to add the Welcome Bar to their Wordpress blogs?
Is there a solid plugin available as I prefer to avoid hacking core files (with updates in mind)

Currently the only way to add it is to edit your theme. However, we're working on a welcome bar plugin right now.
