Sharing the wrong URL link from my blog.

After integrating AddThis with my blog, for the test purpose I tried to share my blog to my facebook and twitter account. But unfortunately it shares the wrong links to my corresponding accounts. It shared http://undefined/#.T8ijnpA4rSA.facebook link in my facebook account and http://undefined/#.T8inRTRdfoA.twitter link to my twitter account. Not only the facebook and twitter, it shares this kind of URL to all other sites also.

Please help me what should I do to solve this problem.
