Why does the __atuvc cookie not escape the fire non-control ASCII characters that should be escaped?
When setting a cookie, five characters should be escaped: the whitespace, double quote, comma, semicolon and backslash. The __atuvc cookie does not escape the comma. When will this be changed? If not, why not?
