Counters not showing or half covered.

I'm doing a blog (http://www.poker-runner.com/ still in test phase), template has AddThis buttons on right side bar, but I'd like to have it also on every post and with counters, so I included AddThis widget.
Problem is I can't see Twitter counter on Chrome if Adblock is activated (it works in Firefox and IE) and Facebook counter is partially cover with "Tweet" image (that's in all browsers). I can allways switch to version with just one global counter to right, but I prefer this one.
I'd like to know if is possible to change text when you tweet something, in default AddThis (the one with template) is like "Post name ~ Blog name Link" but the other is only "Post name ~ Link". Maybe with custom buttons?
