Joomla plugin, adding customized text
Is it possible to add additional customized text to the shared url, for instance on twitter? Basically it's now posting the Page Title and it's URL. What I would like is to add my twitter username and some hashtags.
Like: MyHomepage : http://bit.ly/JuZkXZ via @AddThis #SocialMedia
