adding percentages as spaces in titles
I noticed some of the service add in %20 for spaces.. can this be univerally solved in some fashion? I first noticed it when I use the Email option that the title comes in the subject line but I'm nervous spam filters will see the %20s and tag it as spam. I also noticed that twitter as well as some other services are doing the same thing. Facebook seems to clean it up... any help would be great.
