How do I add like, share and tweet buttons on our web site? We would like them on each service and class page? Does anyone know what steps we take?

The steps you take depend on the CMS you're using. If it's just HTML you'll need to add the code to every page. For other content management systems we make plugins. More information is available here: http://www.addthis.com/get/sharing
If you're not comfortable editing HTML yourself you should contact a developer to do it for you.
