Dynamic sharing messages

I currently have a wide array of messages I'd like to be able to share. Problem is, everything sits on one page and I'm using javascript/jquery to change content based on the current date (pulled from XML).

Is it possible to use variables created in javascript to pass values to the shared message and perhaps a varied image as well?

I'm currently sharing via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Google+ One. I know Facebook is unique in that it requires the options to be set-up in the meta so I'm pretty sure it can't be done there given that it's a single page, but what about the others? Any ideas?
