How can I add subscribe by email to the follow tool?
I haven't been able to find an answer to this question. My RSS feed by feedburner has the option to subscribe by email. I have the URL. How can I add the envelope button to the toolbar along with the standard 32x32 follow buttons?

Unfortunately we don't offer that, but you can use the email icon and just use a standard <a> tag.
