About my not getting toolbar to appear
Hi, I can not seem to get the toolbar to come up at all, is it there when I sign out ? Or how do I get it and keep it, cause I have had it before twice and then all of a sudden its gone for some reason, and I don't think I've done anything to make it go away twice before? Now I can't get the toolbar to come up at all?!
