Adding correct title and description for google_plusone_share and for facebook

I have a news section that shows several recent snippets and links to the page containing the full article, however some of these news snippets all link to the same page which contains a generic title and description and several full articles in its content

So the way these buttons work is to pick up the generic description and title from that page instead of one that relates to the news snippet next to the button they clicked

So can anything be done about this, like with twitter a custom tweet can be created with any url and text wanted to be shared and with pinterest there are options for what title url image etc
