Wordpress plugin: Facebook like doesn't show website title and description

I'm using the latest Addthis plugin for Wordpress.
When a user clicks the Like button the following information shows up on their Facebook wall:
- Blog image
- Post title (hyperlinked)

I would like to include the following information:
- Site title
- Site description
- Post extract
The issue occurs regardless of whether the like button is pressed on the homepage (multiple posts), or on the individual post page.
I ran the Facebook debugger and found no issues, all og tags (title, description, etc) are available.

Any help would be appreciated.
