How to customize title and description for "Likes" of Wordpress posts
Hi,
I have an addthis button underneath each of my Wordpress posts.
I noticed that when someone "Likes" the post, only the title of the post gets posted on Facebook.
I would like to be able to also include the blog description and blog title (ie <post title> - <blog title>) in the information that gets shared on Facebook.
Ideally this would be done using the relevant Wordpress variables, e.g. $blog_title = get_bloginfo('name').
Could you tell me how I can add this information to addthis?
