URL annexes

Hi
With the addThis WordPress Plugin I had ugly URL annexes like:
http://www.wirtschaft.com/nachrichten/kommunikation#.T2W9v3gn8hk

Is there a possibility to remove the #.T2W9v3gn8hk. That is really very bad to build backlinks.

To disable that you need to uncheck the "track address bar shares" box on the advanced tab of the AddThis plugin settings page. http://i.imgur.com/dzHkq.png
