Addthis SSL support when using bit.ly shorter
Hey guys,
Allw works well with addthis over ssl until i use the url shortner bit.ly in the api.
Any suggestions how to have the url shortened ove an ssl connection?

Sorry for the late response.
I have prepared 2 documents on my server.
doc 1: https://www.fishgrind.com/addthis/share_no_short.asp
doc 2: https://www.fishgrind.com/addthis/share_short.asp
if i use the second doc which shortens my link with bit.ly the https certificate doesnt work. If i use doc 1 without the shortening it is all fine and i keep the green ssl padlock.
i personally think its beacause the bit.ly api should go through https://api-ssl.bit.ly/v3/shorten when using ssl, and not https://api.bit.ly/v3/shorten like it used to.
