Email Button Not Working in Chrome, Firefox

Like others have mentioned, the email feature appears not to be working. THe form appears fine, the CAPTCHA appears fine, but upon clicking Send, nothing happens.

Here is a sample page:

The email links are in each of the coupons appearing on the left side of the page.

Unfortunately I can't duplicate it in any of the browsers I've tried. Could you give me some more information about your browser setup?

+1 We are having the same issue. Eg:

In particular, clicking on the send button on the captcha screen does not work.

looks like the offending function is tellFriend()

This renders the email tool useless in these browsers :( any advice?

Which browsers are you seeing the problem in? I was able to send an email from the link you sent in Chrome 17, Safari 5.1, Firefox 10, and Internet Explorer 8 and 9.

@Paul: I am able to reproduce the problem in Firefox 10.0.2 and Chrome 18.0.1025.39 on Windows 7 Professional SP1; and Firefox 10.0 and Chrome 17.0.963.56 on Windows XP Professional SP3.

Could you send me screenshots? I'm still not able to duplicate it in those browsers on Windows or Mac.

FYI, I turned on Firebug to help debug the problem, and immediately after typing the message and pressing Send (but before the CAPTCHA appears), this Javascript error message appears:

"NetworkError: 408 Request Time-out -"

I tested and I could re-created the same error in Chrome 18.0.1025.142 m and firfox 11.0

The reason I can't duplicate the issue is because it's related to the connectivity between you and our CAPTCHA provider. Does this happen all the time or at specific times?
