WordPress Dashboard message of ... We haven't recorded any sharing events

addthis Aug 31, 2013 @ 05:14AM EDT
We have AddThis in the right column and on every posting at and its been set up for some time. When I log into AddThis I see graphs of activity and counts of Shares, Clicks and Follows. However, in the WordPress dashboard it consistently reports 'We haven't recorded any sharing events in the last month for this site. This could be because you just installed addthis.'
The same thing is also happening at the Dashboard of that's also been set up for quite some time.
Got any ideas why? Thanks, Graham

Do you have the correct login information in your AddThis plugin settings?

Yes, I'm sure we do. I've checked it several times, and on the other blog too.
The 'Addthis Follow' plugin needs a profile ID and it matches the one I see when logged into the AddThis account. The 'Addthis Share' plugin has the same Profile ID and a green check under this that says its a valid AddThis Profile ID. On the same screen there's the AddThis account logon and password with a green check saying the AddThis credentials are valid.

It looks like this is a bug on our end with our Analytics API for WordPress. I've submitted this issue over to our development team for a resolution. I'll let you know once it's been fixed!
