To remove AddThis from certain posts or pages in Wordpress you first have to enable it on your screen:
Click on "Screen Options"" at the top of the page:
Then check the checkbox for AddThis:
Then look along the right side of the add/edit post screen for a box labelled AddThis. Checking the box will remove AddThis from that post:
